Flores and Kincannon


LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- Hector Flores, president of the League of United Latin American Citizens (left), gives an award to Louis Kincannon, director of the U.S. Census Bureau, at a luncheon 6/18 during LULAC's convention.
