Senior Field Representatives (SFR)

• Have an average of 13 years of interviewing experience, and over 78% of the staff have 6 or more years of supervisory experience


• Provide training and on-site support for new field representatives, complete emergency assignments and follow up nonresponse cases

Field Representatives (FR)

• Are responsible for interviewing on one or more of our current programs
• Most have two or more years of service and work on CPS and, for many, at least on one other survey every month
