Regional Employment

The U.S. Census Bureau is seeking self-motivated, energetic, people-oriented individuals to join the Kansas City Regional Office and the 6 states (Arkansas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Minnesota) that it serves. We currently conduct two separate operations with different employment options.

Regional Office employment features part-time, long-term employment conducting on-going monthly surveys throughout the region for various government agencies.

The 2010 Census (the every-10-year population count) employment includes full-time management and office positions in selected locations. For short-term field work involving address canvassing and interviewing throughout the region, call 1-866-861-2010.
