DUTIES:
Supervise the collection of data on a federal government survey.
Recruit, hire, train, supervise and evaluate office staff and
staff working in the field. Convince respondents to participate
in the survey. Monitor and evaluate the operating costs of the
survey. Evaluate overall operations of the survey to assure
consistency, accuracy, and validity of the data.
BASIC
REQUIREMENTS: You must be a citizen of the United States.
You have (or within nine months will have) 15 semester hours
in statistics or in mathematics and statistics, provided at
least 6 semester hours were in statistics.
AND,
Your course work included (or within nine months will have included)
9 additional semester hours in one or more of the following:
the social sciences, physical sciences or biological sciences.
AND,
You have (or within nine months will have) a bachelor's degree,
master's degree, doctoral degree, or an equivalent degree (e.g.,LL.B.,
J.D., LL.M., etc.).
