Rachel Licata

Rachel Licata is a Senior Policy Analyst at the Kaiser Family Foundation’s Kaiser Commission on Medicaid and the Uninsured. At the Foundation, her responsibilities include maintaining and updating StateHealthFacts.org, responding to public data inquiries, as well as other data analysis projects focused on health care policy using public datasets. Rachel received a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from The George Washington University and a Masters of Public Health degree from Columbia University. Prior to her work at Kaiser, Rachel worked at the US Department of Health and Human Services in the Office of Inspector General.
