SIPP 2004 Panel Wave 7 Topical Module - User Notes

Statement of the Problem:

A problem in the database load for the 2004 Wave 7 Topical Modules caused a portion of the unedited data to be lost for certain respondents. The missing data were imputed which resulted in higher allocation rates for most items. This problem was corrected with a new file released on May 27, 2009.
