Statement of the Problem:
An instrument error resulted in respondents who made child support payments without a court order or some other kind of agreement in place (ESUPAGRM=2). These respondents were incorrectly asked ESUPWOAG, when instead they should have been asked ESUPAMAD.
Resolution:
The public use file was re-released. The edit for ESUPWOAG was modified to reduce the universe to the correct size, and the edit for ESUPAMAD was modified to increase the universe to the correct size, as well as to allow logical imputations for missing data.
