  • Knowledge of current technologies, methodologies, and schedule processes; skill in utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to monitor and measure project performance; and the ability to analyze project performance and budget variance
  • Knowledge of methods to communicate verbally and in writing; and the ability to present and explain technical information in a clear and concise way, to establish rapport, persuade others, set and manage expectations, and gain commitment
  • Knowledge of leadership principles; skill in coaching and mentoring; and the ability to supervise, assign work, evaluate performance and train staff
