Table 1 presents quarterly expenditures for all properties at a seasonally adjusted annual rate in current dollars for 1992 to 1999. Table 2 shows actual (not seasonally adjusted) quarterly estimates separately by type of property (all owner-occupied, owner-occupied one-unit, and rental) for 1996 to 1999. Tables 3, 4, and 5 present actual quarterly expenditures for owner- occupied one-unit properties by region (Table 3), year structure was built (Table 4), and for payment to contractors or for materials purchased (Table 5) for 1998 and 1999.
