Do you need certification of a Census Bureau document?

What is a Certification?  A certification is the designation by which Census Bureau officials attest to the fact that they have reviewed a copy of a particular table, map, special tabulation, etc., and certify that it is a true and accurate copy of census information.

Need Verification of age? The Census Bureau provides and "age search" service to the public (often needed when applying for passports). We will search the confidential records from the Federal population censuses of 1910 to 2010 and issue an official transcript of the results (for a congressionally mandated fee). Click here to request an Age Search.

Looking for the Geographically Updated Population Certification Program (GUPCP)? The GUPCP program enables local and tribal governments and other customers to obtain certified Census 2010 population and housing counts for updated or newly established governmental unit boundaries. Click here for more information about GUPCP.
