Support the Count of Young Children

Newborn babies and young children under 5 are often missed in the decennial census, with consequences that can impact their lives for the next 10 years. When children are missed in the count, it often is because of complex living situations, such as when one or more parents are not present in the home or when the child only lives in the home some of the time. Learn how, as an educator, you can help these children be counted.
