2016-2020 ACS 5-Year Public Use Microdata Sample (PUMS) Files Public Use Microdata Area (PUMA)
No later than June 2023 2016-2020 5-year Selected Population Tables and American Indian and Alaska Native Tables have been deferred to the 2017-2021 Release Based on size of group and sample cases per geographic area (i.e. state or town)
