2021 Historic Relative Standard Errors

Note: In January 2022, the monthly Building Permits Survey design changed from a representative sample to a cut-off sample. Monthly and annual estimates are now both tabulated from the entire universe of permit issuing jurisdictions. With this methodology change to the monthly survey, relative standard errors are no longer applicable and no longer published. The files on this page will remain for use with historical data only.
