After-Tax Profits and Sales, Fourth Quarter 2025 – Seasonally Adjusted Manufacturing Corporations
U.S. manufacturing corporations' seasonally adjusted after-tax profits in the fourth quarter of 2025 totaled $247.3 billion, up $5.1 (±4.2) billion from the after-tax profits of $242.2 billion recorded in the third quarter of 2025, and up $34.3 (±2.0) billion from the after-tax profits of $213.0 billion recorded in the fourth quarter of 2024.
Seasonally adjusted sales for the quarter totaled $2,088.9 billion, not statistically different from the $2,050.3 billion in the third quarter of 2025, but up $114.0 (±11.2) billion from the $1,974.9 billion recorded in the fourth quarter of 2024.
