The value of shipments of potato chips and sticks, plain and flavored, totaled $9.1B in 2017 according to the Economic Census. Number of establishments was 212.
National Pizza Day and National Bagel Day: February 9, 2021
The 2012 Economic Census counted 48,782 “establishments with principal menu type of pizza” led by 4,272 in Calif., 3,485 in New York state and 2,950 in Texas.
National Weatherperson’s Day: February 5, 2021
