After-Tax Profits and Sales, Fourth Quarter 2025 – Seasonally Adjusted
Seasonally adjusted after-tax profits of U.S. retail corporations with assets of $50 million and over totaled $58.8 billion, up $5.0 (±0.4) billion from the $53.8 billion recorded in the third quarter of 2025, and up $12.7 (±0.5) billion from the $46.1 billion recorded in the fourth quarter of 2024.
Seasonally adjusted sales for the quarter totaled $1,118.4 billion, up $19.0 (±7.3) billion from the $1,099.4 billion recorded in the third quarter of 2025, and up $18.8 (±6.2) billion from the $1,099.6 billion recorded in the fourth quarter of 2024.
