Our Senior Executive Service (SES) cadre drives the Bureau’s strategic initiatives, demonstrates exceptional leadership and people skills, and builds collaborative partnerships with internal and external customers. The SES covers managerial, supervisory, and policy positions above GS-15 that are not filled by Presidential appointment with Senate confirmation.
