New Residential Construction, New Residential Sales, Revised Building Permits, and Construction Price Indexes are released on the dates shown. These series are usually (but not always) released on the workday indicated. A workday is a weekday, excluding federal holidays.

• Quarterly Starts and Completions by Purpose and Design are released with the New Residential Construction release for January, April, July, and October survey months.
• Length of Time tables for New Residential Construction estimates are released in the February survey month.
• Quarterly Sales by Price and Financing are released with the New Residential Sales release for March, June, September, and December survey months.
• Seasonal revisions to building permits, starts, under construction, and completions are released in the April survey month New Residential Construction press release.
• Seasonal revisions to housing units sold and for sale are released in the April survey month New Residential Sales press release.
• Annual Building Permits data are usually released on the 1st workday of May for the previous year.
• Annual Characteristics of New Housing for 2025 will be released on July 1, 2026.
