Search Profile

Purpose
The Search Profile component allows content authors to query a state, county or city and offer access to that area's data profile from data.census.gov. Data users will have access to an overview of the selected area in a geographic profile with high-level estimates, visualizations and infographics.
This is helpful for data users who need basic data, as it is much quicker than searching through tables for a variety of high-level estimates. The data is automatically updated which keeps the pages current.
Configure Dialog
The configure dialog allows the content author to configure which statistic shows by adding a specific query. The statistics are pulled directly from data.census.gov.
The Featured Results component displays the Total Population statistic by default when the dialog is left empty.
Customer featured query: When populated, the query will override the Total Population statistic with a new search result.
