Community resilience is the capacity of individuals and households to absorb, endure, and recover from the health, social, and economic impacts of a disaster such as a hurricane or pandemic. This webinar will introduce attendees to the CRE, explain how it promotes equitable distribution of federal and state resources and funding, and show how to identify at risk neighborhoods in their community.
