This training is for state and local governments, and private investors looking to get a head start in planning OZ 2.0 investments in 2027.

Learn how to:

  1. View clearly which OZ 2.0 eligible census tracts are within local government boundaries.
  2. Use Census Business Builder to fortify a case for investment readiness of an OZ 2.0 eligible tract by mapping disposable income, household consumer spending, median rents, and educational attainment of the OZ 2.0 eligible tracts and the surrounding neighborhood.
  3. Use OnTheMap to highlight the demand for multi-family housing in an OZ 2.0 eligible tract.
