This report summarizes the findings from cognitive testing and eye-tracking analysis conducted as part of the usability testing of the online version of the Puerto Rico Community Survey, carried out in January 2011 in Puerto Rico. Cognitive testing revealed various issues related to translations of survey content and navigation elements. Testing also identified some contentrelated difficulties, several of which were specific to the Puerto Rican context. Analysis of the eye-tracking data provided additional evidence of user difficulty. Recommendations for immediate implementation and suggestions for further testing are provided.
