Andrew’s work focuses on community participation, transportation, housing, geography, and disability measurement. He frequently uses data products from the U.S. Census Bureau to better understand and improve the lives of people with disabilities in rural America. His current research interests are related to how disability is conceptualized, defined, and measured in population surveys and how this information could be used to address demographic and spatial inequalities.
