Ms. Broyles, leveraging her diverse experience in engineering, retail, and marketing, as well as business to business relationships to excel in leadership, strategy, and process development for startups and growth-stage organizations. She has a history of simplifying complex business processes, positioning businesses as customer-centric, forward-thinking performers, along with extensive experience building focused teams, and inspiring collaboration.

Beyond her contributions in engineering and business, Angela is a seasoned social-sector change agent and a passionate advocate for the census. Appointed by the Communities Foundation of Texas to lead the Texas Counts Pooled Fund supporting the 2020 Census, Angela immersed herself in statewide efforts, gaining a profound understanding of census data's importance. Her passion for the work led her to launch the Texas Census Institute in 2021, ensuring ongoing planning, collaboration, and research to underscore the importance of the census and for Texas.

A native Texan, Angela holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas in Austin and currently resides in Dallas, TX, with her husband and two daughters.
