National Cheese Day: June 4, 2022

The 2016 National Survey of Fishing, Hunting, and Wildlife-Associated Recreation counted more than $157 billion in expenditures for wildlife-related recreation.

National Waitstaff Day: May 21, 2022
The 2019 American Community Survey counted 2,167,363 waiters/waitresses ages 16 and over employed in the U.S. About 34.4% were full-time and 69.2% were female.
National Police Week: May 15-21, 2022
In March 2019, the Annual Survey of Public Employment and Payroll counted 906,037 full-time police employees in the US with a monthly payroll of $5.98 billion.
Europe Day: May 9, 2022
Millions in the U.S. report European ancestry: German 40.4, Irish 30.4, English 23.6, Italian 16.1, Polish 9.0, French 7.1, Scottish 5.1, Dutch 3.6, and so on.

The June 2018 Fertility Supplement to the Current Population Survey estimated out of 76M women ages 15 to 50, 43M were mothers who had 94M children ever born.

The 2019 American Community Survey estimated 2,389,655 registered nurses, 920,780 nursing assistants, and 585,167 licensed practical and vocational nurses.
