Ceci Villa Ross is a special assistant to the division chief in the Census Bureau’s American Community Survey Office. Since joining the Census Bureau in 2001 as a survey statistician in the Demographic Surveys Division’s Methods Panel Survey for Income and Program Participation, she has served in a variety of areas. Among them: the Customer Liaison and Marketing Services Office, as a Partnership Specialist for the 2010 Census in El Paso, Texas, and various positions in the Economic and Decennial Census Programs directorates.
Ceci received a bachelor’s degree in business and management from Saint Edward's University in Austin, Texas; a master’s in public administration from the University ofTexas at El Paso; and a master certificate in project management from George Washington University, School of Business. She is a Partnership for Public Service Excellence in Government fellow, and has received a Department of Commerce Silver Medal as well as several Bronze Medals for her work.
Ceci was born and raised in El Paso, Texas and now lives along the Chesapeake Bay in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, with her husband and children.
