Kristin Koslap
Senior Technical Expert for 2020 Census Apportionment, Population Division
Kristin Koslap is the senior technical expert on 2020 Census apportionment in the U.S. Census Bureau’s Population Division. She’s also the senior technical expert on residence criteria for the 2020 Census and advised many 2020 Census operational planning teams. During the previous census, she was an apportionment analyst and worked on the teams that produced various 2010 Census data products.
Kristin received her master’s degree in sociology from the Pennsylvania State University in 2006. She has been working at the Census Bureau since 2009, mostly in the Population and Housing Programs Branch.
