Melissa Kollar is a survey statistician in the Social, Economic and Housing Statistics Division’s Income Statistics Branch, where she leads work on the Current Population Survey Annual Social and Economic Supplement.

Kollar has served in the Income Statistics Branch since joining the Census Bureau in 2013.

She holds a master’s degree in survey methodology from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and psychology from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
