Reporting Extension Granted Until June 19th

We are currently experiencing high call volumes and technical difficulties with the Respondent Portal.  Due to the inconvenience, all respondents have been granted a reporting extension until June 19.  Thank you for your understanding and diligence in attempting to respond to the initial June 12 deadline.
