2016 Annual Services Report Table 12 Correction

An earlier version of the 2016 Annual Services Report Table 12, Estimated Electronic Health Record Systems Expenses for Employer Firms included erroneous data for industries in NAICS sub-sector 623, Nursing and Residential Care Facilities. 2015 and 2016 data for 6 industries in this sub-sector were removed from the report.
