Undercount of Young Children Working Group

Charter Date: 2/4/2025

The purpose of establishing the 2030 CAC Young Children Working Group is to offer recommendations on enhancing the 2020 Census design to improve the ability to count everyone, including hard to count and historically undercounted populations, such as young children ages 0-4.
