The documentation for the Citizen Voting Age Population (CVAP) Special Tabulation From the 2007-2011 5-Year American Community Survey is now available.

The data files, in both CSV and SAS formats, are posted through these links. The zip files contain the CVAP documentation along with nationwide files for the following geographies:

  • Nation
  • State
  • County
  • Place
  • MCD (Minor Civil Division - only for CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT, MI, WI, NJ, NY, MN, and PA)
  • Tract
  • Block Groups

NOTE: The Place CVAP table in the .csv version of the 2007-2011 5-yr ACS derived data was incorrectly showing the data from the 2006-2010 5-yr ACS derived data. This was corrected on 5/31/2013. This did not affect any other geography or any of the SAS versions of the files.
