The data files, in both CSV and SAS formats, are posted through the links below. The zip files contain the CVAP documentation along with nationwide files for the following geographies:

• MCD (Minor Civil Division - only for CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT, MI, WI, NJ, NY, MN, and PA)

The 2012-2016 American Community Survey (ACS) 5-year estimates and this CVAP special tabulation created from those estimates use the same geography source, therefore, this CVAP product contains the 115th Congressional Districts and the 2016 State Legislative Districts. The reference date for all other geographies in this product is January 1, 2016.
