The General Report on Industrial Organization is based on responses from the many different 1982 Economic and Agriculture Censuses report forms. This report contains tables that provide comprehensive data on the industrial organization, size and structure, and legal form of organization of all census reporting firms and the establishments they own or control. This publication also contains data for large companies in 1982.

The Auxiliary Establishment Report provides national and state data for auxiliary establishments. Statistics include location, primary functions, employment by type of work, and selected operating and financial data.
