The Local Update of Census Addresses (LUCA) Address Count Listing Files are available for download from our file transfer protocol (FTP) site. The files include total housing units, total group quarters, and total transitory location counts by census tabulation block. They are generated for each phase of LUCA with the exception of the closeout phase. Each file is entity specific and only contains the counts for blocks within a specific jurisdiction.
