Does the U.S. Census Bureau produce data on the number of households with land line and cellular phones?

The Census Bureau provides data on households with land line and cellular telephones in report P70-136, Extended Measures of Well-Being: Living Conditions in the United States, 2011, which are collected from the Survey of Income and Program Participation. Another source for these data would be the Federal Communications Commission.
