I completed the Ameican Community Survey (ACS). Why did I receive an additional reminder?

If you received mail requesting you to complete the ACS after you have already submitted a response, please be aware the additional mailing you received could have already been mailed before we received your response. You may disregard the additional mailing. It can take up to two weeks for survey responses to be processed.

To confirm that we received your survey response, call our help line at 1-800-354-7271. The help line is open seven days a week, from 9 A.M. to midnight, Eastern Standard Time (EST), or Sunday noon to midnight. Press zero to speak with a Census Bureau Representative.
