Yes, even if the due date has passed you may still be able to complete the survey, but time is running out. Please choose ONE way to complete the survey as soon as possible.

  1. Go to respond.census.gov/acs and log in with your User ID.
  2. Call 1-800-354-7271, Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM to midnight, eastern time, or Sunday from noon to midnight to complete the survey over the phone.
  3. Complete and mail back your paper questionnaire.
