1990 Census Promotional Pins

Promotional pins distributed at the time of the 1990 Census (in Hmong and English) encouraged residents of Dane County, WI, and the county seat — Madison — to participate in the census. At its conclusion, the 1990 Census counted 367,085 people in Dane County, including 561 reporting they were Hmong.
