The 14 separates listed below are reprints of individual chapters of Volume IV, each with the title beginning "Fifteenth Census of the United States: 1930. Agriculture."
Each chapter consists of an introduction and tabular sections with statistics for the United States and for geographic divisions and States. In addition to the chapters listed as reprints, Volume IV includes three appendixes: Extract from the census act, Instructions to enumerators for the Census of Agriculture, 1930, and Farm schedules, Censuses of 1930, 1925, and 1920.
Census statistics date back to 1790 and reflect the growth and change of the United States. Past census reports contain some terms that today’s readers may consider obsolete and inappropriate. As part of our goal to be open and transparent with the public, we are improving access to all Census Bureau original publications and statistics, which serve as a guide to the nation's history.
