This report presents projections of the population of voting age (18 years and over) for States on November 1, 1988, by broad age groups and sex. Projections of the State voting-age populations are also shown by race and Hispanic origin. These projections are designed to serve as a reference for the primary elections and the November general election for President and members of the 101^st Congress of the United States.
