The U.S. Census Bureau has released the 2012 population estimates by race, Hispanic origin, age and sex for Washington, D.C.
The embargo of the Washington, D.C., population estimates was broken this morning. Per the Census Bureau's embargo policy, these estimates are being released to the public. The embargo for the nation, states and other communities REMAINS IN EFFECT. NO OTHER ESTIMATES MAY BE RELEASED PRIOR TO 12:01 A.M. EDT, THURSDAY, JUNE 13, 2013.
