American Community Survey, 5-Year State-to-County Migration Flows 2018-2022

Sept. 26, 2024 – The U.S. Census Bureau today released new 2018-2022 American Community Survey (ACS), 5-year state-to-county migration flows. Migration refers to the movement of people from one location to another.

The state-to-county migration flows highlight the number of people who moved into specific counties from U.S. states and state equivalents, U.S. Island Areas, and foreign regions.
