The Fourth IRS-Census Income Measurement Workshop will be held at the Census Bureau Conference Center in Suitland, Maryland, October 24, 2025. This one-day hybrid workshop will feature selected papers from authors representing many areas of the IRS, Census, other government agencies, as well as academic experts.  Workshop topics include, income tax filing behavior, low-income populations, measurement error, inequality, and mobility. 

This year's keynote speaker will be Alan Plumley of Research, Applied Analytics, and Statistics at IRS (retired).
