The Census Bureau has begun operational planning for a potential operation for Mobile Questionnaire Assistance Centers (MQACs), including development of a project plan, risk register, requirements, and schedule. This initiative would deploy staff to areas based on real‐time self‐response rates where assistance is most needed to answer questions, provide forms, and complete actual responses, and are not at static locations.
