The 2030 Census Strategy defines the mission, vision, goals, objectives, and strategies needed to successfully execute the 2030 Census Program. This document includes executive principles that drive the ways the program is managed and conducted.

The 2030 Memorandum Series

A memorandum will be added to this series for any decision that meets the following criteria:

1. A major program level decision that will affect overall design or have significant effect on the 2030 Census operations or systems.
2. A major policy decision or change that will affect the overall design or significantly impact on the 2030 Census operations or systems.
3. A report that documents the research, testing, evaluations, and assessments for 2030 Census operations or systems.
