For the asset recodes of home equity (TEQ_HOME), vehicle equity (TEQ_VEH), and value of education savings account (TVAL_EDUC), the sum of these variables over all household members does not equal the household-level equivalent of these recodes for a very small number of households.   This discrepancy is caused by some children who are under the age of 15 as of December of the reference year being listed as owners of these assets.
