2014 Panel Wave 1: EEITC universe description

In the 2014 SIPP Panel, EEITC universe description contains two extraneous quotes. The universe description for EEITC should read as the following:

All people with a federal income tax filing status of ‘single’, ‘married filing jointly’, or ‘head of household’ who were not claimed as a dependent on someone else’s tax return.
