The questions for the variables EPRLOAN1YRS-EPRLOAN3YRS ask about the term of a mortgage (e.g. 30-year).  However, many respondents appeared to have reported the number of years they have left to pay for the mortgage due to confusion with the question text.  The question text was revised in Wave 3 of the 2014 Panel to fix this problem.
