2014 Panel Wave 3: Problem with Fertility Status Flag Universe

In a large number of cases, a respondent’s universe status for number of children ever born (TCEB) is inconsistent with the corresponding status flag (ACEB). Some respondents have valid fertility information for number of children ever born, but the status flag is not in universe.
